  • Submission 

 

To start, there must be six copies of the site plan sealed and signed by the Engineer shall be submitted to the Building Inspections Department Clerk.  Additionally, there must be a digital copy of the site plansent in PDF format to the State Planner and the State Engineer

 

  • Site Plan Review

 

The copies of the site plan will be distributed to the Departmental Review Team consisting of the State Planner, State Engineer, Fire Marshal, Landscape Architect, and Building Inspections Plans Examiners, who will then make comments and notify if any changes are needed.

 

  • Final Site Plan

 

Once all comments are addressed, three of the finalized site plans and a final PDF will be sent to the State Engineer, as well as the various departments to sign-off that all issues have been addressed.

 

  • Special and Conditional Uses

 

On any building projects that require Special Uses, there will be a special review process from the required departments.
