Scope of Work : New 15-story core and shell building for mixed-use, ground-level retail, parking garage podium, and office tower.

Permit Strategy : Permitted in phases for Excavation & Shoring, Foundation Only, and Superstructure for associated Commercial Construction & Sewer Use and Drainage Permits. Deferred submittals for Precast Concrete and Design Modifications. Coordination for future Tenant Finish submittals.
