Service First Permits has completed another successful project – Milk Tea People in LoDo, Denver! This local, family-owned shop offers organic tea-based beverages and desserts, and we're proud to have helped bring their vision to life. The restaurant tenant finish for this first-generation space required careful planning and attention to detail. Look at that gorgeous interior!

Working for over 20 years in the landscape design and construction industry, he understands the importance of construction and development for economic growth.
