Heads up Denver!
Starting July 1, 2024, the City of Denver’s affordable housing linkage fee is set to increase. If you’re involved in construction or development, pay attention!
What’s Changing?
The affordable housing linkage fee increase will be assessed alongside standard permit fees. To avoid the increase, ensure that all agency reviews on your LOG record are marked complete or approved by July 1. This includes the Sewer Use and Drainage Permit (SUDP) and payment of all SUDP fees.
