Attention Denver project developers! 👀
Don't get caught off guard by the new Electric Vehicle (EV) code requirements in Denver. The 2022 Denver Energy Code and Denver Commercial Building Code have introduced new regulations that impact parking design for Concept Design and Site Development Plan projects.
As of February 1, 2024, all projects must provide at least 5% of accessible EV charging spaces, and additional universal spaces will be required.
Let Service First Permits help you navigate these requirements and ensure your project is compliant. Please reach out with any questions or to help you through the code navigation process!
