We recently had the pleasure of chatting with Jason Bryant, the Founder and CEO of PMG Construction, about our longstanding partnership. Having collaborated with Service First Permits on close to 300 projects since 2014, PMG is a renowned general contractor specializing in commercial tenant improvement projects across Denver's Metro Area.
During our conversation with Jason, we discovered that PMG Construction was founded in 2014 and stands for Progress Management Group. Jason Bryant told us, “The word “progress” speaks to our culture of individual and company growth and quite literally construction progress on the job site.”
He highlighted the invaluable assistance that we provide in managing the permit submission process across multiple jurisdictions. “Service First Permits is a huge help to us when submitting, tracking, and procuring permits in a handful of jurisdictions. As a small GC, it’s a huge benefit to outsource these efforts as it saves us time and money while bringing value to our client’s schedule. SFP is like an extension of PMG and our core values align.”
According to Jason, “Service First Permits educates us on changes at the city level that may impact future projects and they provide us with up-to-date lead times on how long it will take to get a permit in a variety of different jurisdictions. We are so thankful to have them as our "go-to" for permit planning and expediting.”
