A well-known Denver-staple, Denver Beer Co, opened doors to its fourth taproom last year in the Lowry neighborhood. It’s located within the “Exchange at Boulevard One”, which is a vibrant mixed-use community hub co-owned and developed by Confluent Development and Kelmore Development.
Project Description:

The SFP team managed the entire permitting process and secured permits for the massive 4,200-square-foot taproom and brewhouse (including new brew equipment, commercial kitchen, and bar), as well as for the 5,400-square-foot patio. The taproom has the capacity to hold 125 guests in the interior space and an additional 360 guests in two outdoor patio areas.
