• Two-Story Addition: Expanding the existing building with a two-story addition, requiring careful integration with the existing structure and adherence to historic preservation guidelines.
• Facade and Rooftop Transformation:  Updating the building's facade and creating a new rooftop space, enhancing the visual appeal while respecting the historic character of the area.
• Alleyway Improvements:  Improving the adjacent alleyway, potentially including enhanced lighting, paving, and drainage, to create a more inviting and functional space.
• Grease Interceptor Replacement:  Upgrading the grease interceptor to meet current city standards and ensure proper wastewater management.
