The project was a partial renovation which included retail space and some minor back-of-the-house upgrades. The 2,255 square foot tenant improvement scope included new finishes, new fixtures, electrical for the new fixtures, new ceilings, and interior partitions in the shopping area. The ductwork was modified, ceiling lighting replaced, and receptacles were provided to support the new display fixtures.
