Scope of Work : Significant renovation of existing concession stands within Broncos Football Stadium for new food & beverage program. SFP has facilitated permit submittals and issuance over two years for 24 stands. Significant grease-interceptor upgrades were negotiated and permitted separately.
Permit Strategy : Strategy for multiple Environmental Health submittals to obtain Commercial Construction and Sewer Use and Drainage Permits. Significant coordination for reconciliation of 80+ F&B stands to support negotiations with Denver Public Works, Wastewater Management for new grease-interceptor upgrades.
